Geocache Description:

This cache is on Little River Farm. You can drive right up within 15 feet or so of the cache. The cache is a tupperware container.

This cache is located at my old work place. You are standing on what may be the best piece of land in Moore county. The view from this location is something I used to see almost everyday for over 11 years, and I never got tired of it. As you look south and east you look over a view of 4-5 miles down the valley of the Little River. Autumn, and morning views are spectacular. This land has been active since 1927 as a dairy farm, a horse racing farm, and was the location for the horse trials for the 1982 olympics before beginning becoming a golf course and future residential community. As stated above you can drive almost right to the cache. Hop out and walk 4 or 5 steps and you are there. Please be as discreet as possible as you hunt to prevent muggling and drawing attention to yourself. The general area can be buzzing with activity, especially on the weekend, but we have placed the cache in the most out of the way location that still provides the valley view. It is usually easier to be inconspicuous when there are a lot of people around in this location. With some care you can almost always retrieve the cache without being noticed. Once you find the cache please take it back to your car for analysis & log signing.
