Thot: Ike took it. This cache has been a perpetual PITA. I said if it went missing again I was going to get rid of it. It wasn't much of a cache anyway, I had just felt obligated to place it because for some fool reason I took a film container from one of snoogans' pods.

People have trouble removing this cache from it's hiding place.  I've tried everything I can think of to resolve this problem.  It will probably result in my archiving it.  If you have an idea how to solve this problem, tell me. 

Note:  You do not have to stand in the roadway to fetch this cache.
