Tough Cache Traditional Cache

Tough little cache is a nice little park.
I have wanted to place a cache in this park for quite a while. It was tough to do for many reasons:
> It was hard to find a well hidden spot in such a little park. My wife came up with the location based on another tough cache we found in Oregon.
> GPSr coverage is poor or non-existant where the cache is located. You will need to get your east / west coordinate standing north of the cache and your north / south coordinate standing west of the cache.
> The Renton Parks Department does such a wonderful job keeping the parks cleaned and landscaping trimmed that the cache must be well hidden or look like part of the park.
In fact, I placed the cache on a Sunday afternoon and there was a crew cutting trees.
> It was tough to design the appropriate cache container.
> To make it tough for you there are no additional hints.
I expect some DNFs on this one. Please don't disappoint me.
Bring a pen as the cache is too small to hold one.
