Not a scenic area or one you want to take kids to because of the busy street, but there is a true story about this area. Reach via the busy street, not the nearby private property.
We were having dinner with friends, one of whom had just been laid off from his job. He said, "I knew it was going to be a bad day because I was stopped at a red light on Farley and Central. I always have bad luck on the days I get stopped at that light." Another friend at the table who had been laid off a few months before said that he too had been stopped by a red light on the day he was laid off.
So, if you find this geocache and happen to hit the red light on Central, don't go to work. You might as well spend the day geocaching instead!
