Geocache Description:

If you wish to find our cache
Solve this riddle is all it takes…
Firstly go to where you are led
Stand and face the bricks of red
You will see a tree of fig
Roots that hang and strangle big
Now find the roots that have been chopped
One in the middle and one from the top
Stand between these damaged roots
Back to the bricks and ready the boots
For if you look through the dark
You will spy where our cache is parked

Although there is no designated car park...You can drive right up to beside the location of the cache...But a leisurely bike ride along one of Townsville's numerous bike paths will lead you right to it...Beware of muggles as bike riders can appear from nowhere...This area is an important part of Townsville's history but is not giving the accolades that it deserves...This location led to the development of the port, railway and had impact on many other local industries...At it's current location 5minutes down the road AMH (Australia Meat Holdings) employs over 700 people making it one of Townsville's largest employers...The building remnants near the cache site are all that reminds us of the 100 yrs of service of the meatworks on the Ross River…
