Located in the downtown area, a unique place and memorial. It is adjacent to a busy street and can require some stealth. It is a place where there is some tranquility in the heart of downtown.
You are looking for a tumbler sized container that will blend in well with its surroundings. This can be a "nooner." At certain times, during working hours, this is a high traffic muggles area. Very easy terrain.
This is one of my first caches.
