Another cache in one of our favorite parks!
Well...I had a wicked 8 mile hike planned as a multi, but never got around to preparing it (besides it probably wouldn't have been approved). Anyway, you can still get a good 8 miles out of this park if you route your hike so as to grab all (or most) of the caches here, starting from the Woodside parking lot.
Sat. reception can get sketchy as you approach the location, as you get within range, look for a 'secret' path leading off the trail through the trees (no need to make a new one, the deer have prepared the way).
Don't forget to check for ticks in the spring and summer months.
