mosaicmama: I hate to archive this cache because so many kind people wrote letters to Becky. For all who wrote, THANK YOU, she really enjoyed them. The cache has been in two locations and the most recent was covered by a lot of dirt during a construction project. In other words, the cache is buried. So it's time to say goodbye.

Geocache Description:

This is a theme cache. It's not hard to find either from land or coming down the Susquehanna River. The theme: leave a note you write about yourself to Becky, an 83yr old woman who would like to geocache but is unable to walk well enough. She is deaf so she would like to "hear" your stories by reading them. You can write about geocaching or anything that interests you. If you have a picture to enclose it will go in an album. It can be a picture of yourself, family, dog, garden, etc. If you can bring a note and/or picture and leave it in the cache that is best, if not I will print your log entry.

The cache is in a camoed 13oz plastic coffee can. Please use some stealth as there are usually boaters around and one house nearby.

To get to the little park you need to go under 11/15 in Marysville or drive in from Overview in Summerdale. Bring your camera for a great shot of the Rockville Bridge. If the river is rising, the cache will be moved temp until the water recedes. Small items included to trade.
