Your cache has been in need of maintenance or missing for almost three months. I see that you indicated back in April:

This is not an acceptable maintenance plan -- the guidelines discuss the importance of the cache owner maintaining the cache when it's noted that there is a problem with the cache, not post a note asking that some other random cacher replace the cache for you.
I've archived your cache as it doesn't appear that you have an active local cacher who is performing maintenance on your cache, as required when you place a cache outside of your normal travel area. If you are able to replace the cache within the next thirty days, you may contact me to discuss your maintenance plan for the cache going forward, and possible unarchival of the cache.
