Finding this cache will require you to break a rule published by
Elizabeth Post, granddaughter-in-law and successor to legendary
Emily Post. Etiquette for hiking indicates that you should not take
shortcuts. Now, we're going to let you ignore this particular point
of etiquette, because this cache is located on a shortcut between
two streets in San Carlos. Climbing to or from the cache may be
difficult for some, but only for a short distance. Even if you
don't enjoy the climb, hopefully you'll enjoy this view of the
bay.
Please be careful while approaching the cache site, as some of
the neighbors may be able to see you. Once you get close, however,
you should be able to search without attracting attention. Streets
are narrow here so parking may be a little difficult. There are
school crossing signs nearby, suggesting it might be best not to
try this one while children may be walking to or from school.
Please be careful to return this cache exactly as you find
it.
