I have earlier asked about the plans for this cache. Due to lack of response from the owner, this cache is now archived, so that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location. Also, if it hasn’t been done already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.

If the owner wants it reopened, send me an e-mail and I’ll be happy to unarchive the cache listing if it still satisfies the requirement/guidelines.

Geocache Description:

Norsk: Ved turstien på Smøråsfjellet, ta turstien mot venstre rundt vannet. Når du kommer til en tre-gris på høyre side av veien og en liten hytte og et amfilignende bakke, ligger den ca. 70 meter til venstre for stien.
English:At the walk-trail at Smøråsfjellet.When you se a wooden pig at your right hand side (If you strat the trail to your left)an a small hut, tha cach is about 70m left over the hill.

Norsk: Chasen er et lite honning glass i en grønn plastpose. Inni ligger en loggblokk, blyant og en liten frosk. Vi glemte å signere loggen selv, så den er blank og venter på FTF. Du må gå nesten halveis på en rundtur for å finne cashen. Har du funnet den så ta resten av turen også! Stien er merket med svarte fuglekasser. Prøv og tell de, så får du noe og gjøre på veien. Vi kom til 90 fuglekasser, hvor mange finner du?

English: The cash is a little honney jar of glas, innside a green plastic bag. The content is a log book, a pencil and a little frog. We forgot to write anything in the log, so its waiting for FTF. You have to walk half of a circle trail to get to it. Once you find it, take the rest of the circle and you have a lovely sunday trip. Along the trail is hung up several bird cases. Try and count them. We found 90, how many can you find?
