Geocache Description:

This is a cache to get you started on all the fun caches in the Adair WMA.

You are seeking a small cylindrical cache with a screw top near the parking lot of the Adair WMA. Hunting is permitted here, so check out the information at the trailhead and wear bright clothing during hunting season. It is easy to tell if hunters are around as their vehicles are often distinctive when parked in the lot. When placing this cache, there were hunters in the area but also we met 2 Mom and 2 children on the trail; so as long as you stick to the trails, you should be fine. This area supports deer, possum, raccoon, skunk, mink, turkey vultures, crow, turkey, and a host of other wildlife. The area is well worth visiting, and hopefully a few cache finds will make it more rewarding.
