Located in Old Mesquite, this three-stage multi chronicles one of Sam Bass' train robberies.
1. The posted co-ordinates will take you to the spot where Sam and his gang actually committed the robbery. You will also find a redirector with the co-ordinates to the second stage. You may need the hint to find it.
2. At the second stage, you will learn the particulars of the robbery. When you discover the amount of money Sam got away with, add this number + 5, to the North co-ordinate listed at the top of this page to determine the North co-ordinate for the third, and final, stage. To determine the West co-ordinate, subtract 80 from the amount of money Sam got away with. Then add this number to the West co-ordinate listed at the top of this page.
3. Find the spot where Sam hid the booty and sign the log!
Cache is a large cammoed vitamin container, with some small trinkets. Log only, so BYOP please.
All co-ordinates were determined with a Garmin GPS60 with WAAS enabled, under slight cloud cover, averaged over a three minute span, to accuracies between 6.8 ft. and 8.7 ft.
