Located in the Townshend Lake Recreation Area. Go across the bridge from Rte. 30 and park by the little building.
Keeping with our easier caches for little kids and older participants who don't like the long and strenuous walks, we placed this cache within easy walking distance of the parking lot.
This is a regular cache with lots of goodies for kids inside. The Traveling Lion Travel Bug is also inside for someone to take on their travels. We lost our first TB when someone took him and never replaced him; the kids were very disappointed, so we are hoping The Lion can do some traveling.
Terrain can sometimes be a little wet, so wear appropriate shoes. Watch for muggles taking their dogs for a walk, also.
