While placing this cache in the Bona Dea Trail system, I looked around and thought to myself how spooky this place looked, with tall, mean looking trees that blocked out much of the sunlight, making for a dim, eerie place. Then it occurred to me that it was just like that place in the “Wizard of Oz”, The Haunted Forest! The cache is a military decon container with a log and a few small trade items. It is a little off the trail in a foreboding area.
Have fun looking for it. But watch out for the flying monkeys!
