Geocache Description:

Near to East Court Mansion, a 35mm film canister placed along the WGS84 Prime Meridian.

Located in East Grinstead, near to East Court Mansion, the cache is a 35mm film canister. The cache is accessible from a tarmac path, no need to get muddy on this one. Plenty of carparking at East Court (free of charge) accessed off the A264, very close by. Almost a drive by cache!

It is placed on the WGS84 Prime Meridian (at least according to my GPS, with EGNOS enabled and an 11ft accuracy reading), so no need to get confused with the East / West co-ords for a change. The Prime Meridian (Greenwitch) is some 102.5 meters to the west and is marked by a stone in the floor and the Ordinance Survey Meridian is some six meters further west still! CHIPS II is not too far away in the neighbouring woods, but you will need to wear wellies, and Sackville College micro is a short walk away too.
