obstructed by storm debris. If you could have arrived there you
would have found fvkgjbsvir, sbhemrebbar,

Two interesting areas to view; one created by nature and one
created by a large application of manpower.
First to find honors go to mertat
This very nice park and picnic area is operated by the Parks
Department of the City of Walhalla, and we thank them for granting
permission for this cache to be placed.
Park hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the gate is locked at
5:00 p.m. All vehicles and people must be out of the park by 5:00
PM.
In addition to several picnic tables and grills, the park features
a covered shelter complete with picnic tables. For a fee of $25,
groups can reserve and use the shelter; call 864-638-4343 to
arrange a reservation.
Now on to the cache. The parking coordinates will get you started,
and if you don't mind a little walking, you can complete the cache
stages without getting back into your vehicle. You may also choose
to move your vehicle as you go from stage to stage. Please note
that each stage might be described as a little devious.
The first stage will put you in a position to view the Issaqueena
Falls. A nearby sign will give you one of the legends of
Issaqueena, and some research will take you to other legends. Pick
the version you like best; I don't believe anyone can prove or
disprove any of them. While at the first stage, you should find
directions to the second stage plus a clue to help you find the
final.
At the second stage, after exploring the area, you should find
another clue. With both clues you will be able to begin your search
for the final stage.
