Geocache Description:

Cache is located near bridge and causeway walking trail on Route 1. Parking is recommended along waterfront. You can take a walk around the lake (a popular way for Windsor folks to keep fit)as part of a caching circuit to pick up some others that are along the walking trail. Take care, as it is located near a busy street, making it very difficult to be discreet. It is a micro containing a log sheet and pencil.

The cache is meant to recognize Slicksville's most famous citizen (well, with the exception of Howie Dill). When you have found the cache, (in season) you can continue up the hill to visit the Shand Museum (life in the days of sail) or follow the walking trail a short distance to Haliburton House Museum (the home of Thomas Chandler Haliburton) To learn more about Sam Slick and Windsor, visit the link: (visit link)

This should be a pretty easy find, so no hints!
