Shell Woods Traditional Cache
KC_Jan: It was still there safe and sound in it's hiding hole, but in light of the forstry work going on in the area, and the time this cache has been in situ I've decided to archive to free up the area for a new cache [:)].

The Camel Trail passes through the middle of Shell Woods so this location is perfect for walking or cycling and can either be completed as a quick dash if you park at N 50° 31.124 W004° 41.924 or as part of a longer cycle/walk if you complete some of the other caches hidden along the Trail.
There are two choices of pathway from the parking location: one is flat, level and pushchair friendly. The other is a little more rugged and muddy in parts (forest footpath rather than compacted surface). You can stay on the path until the last few yards, when you will need to venture just off the path and into the trees to collect the cache.
The cache container is a 1ltr click lock box and contains a few items to swap: Tin of playing cards, football keyring, fluffy pencil, plastic poncho, cube puzzle & santa keyring.
