Parking is available off Miller Road just west of the Fox
River.
This is a nice small park where you
can get away from it all and take a hike, do some fishing or just
watch the current flow down the river. If the gates are closed,
park on the side of the road and hike in. If you come by
snowmobile, you will have to walk about 250 feet down the trail
past the sign, 'No Motorized Vehicles Allowed'. The terrain is
pretty flat and open until you are about 50 feet from the cache. It
is placed in a winter friendly location, please try to conceal it
when you replace it.
Park closes at dusk. Amenities
include:
Cache is a 30cal ammo box loaded
with goodies. Original contents include a logbook and pencil,
16ft tape measure, lighted carabiner, 3 color highlighter, package
of hair scrunchies, a hair clip, compass carabiner, American Flag
pin, carpenters pencil, plain carabiner, UL pen, a TB, and an empty
small geocache container for a finder to place their own
cache.
