Bellevue has a marina? Traditional Cache

The City of Bellevue acquired one of the last pieces of available waterfront a few years back when they purchased the Meydenbauer Marina after it was damaged in a snow storm. The city has not done much besides the renaming, but in December of 2010 finalized the plan for a very grand waterfront park.  You can see the design details, but at this point they are only that - designs.  The city has no money for the project, so for now there is a nice little patch of grass and a bench to sit and admire the water while you contemplate your cache. 

PS: It goes without saying, but this is a "bring-your-own-pen" micro...
