*gln: ARCHIVING ABANDONED CACHE

Greetings,

Looks like our timing is off and It’s time to say goodbye to this cache.

Since I haven't any maintenance here in a very long time, I am going to assume that your priorities have changed and you’ve gone in a different direction.

Archiving due to lack of maintenance is permanent.
CACHE ARCHIVAL IS PERMANENT.

Let me know if I can be of assistance in the future.

Thanks a MILLION for all you have done, Glenn

Geocache Description:

Updated container(s).

A family and pet friendly 26 acre park in Chillicothe. This can be done day or night. Park hours are 5 AM to 11:30 PM. Playground for the kids, walking track and facilities for everyone. Coordinates are within 11.5 feet for each point. If you do search for this and can't find something text me; six six zero, two one four zero eight four seven.... I do work very early mornings, but won't be upset if a cacher is doing a PAF.

I am redesigning this to help everyone get some exercise. If you park near the starting point, near the listed coordinates and walk everywhere else you will walk about 1.57 miles. This is what I measured, YMMV. This can be done walking or riding a bike, or using the old auto. Enjoy, and as I have made enough changes this is open to everyone to log as a new find.... During the Christmas holiday period this park is covered with lights, all 26 acres... A wonderful sight after sunset. With all the walking and the twist at the end I am upping the difficulty rating to a 3 and the terrain rating to 2.5. Anyone with trouble reaching the cache container, due to mobility issues, send me a picture of the object just SOUTH of the cache container (you'll know which one) or a picture of the large object just north of the cache. Please only do this if you are not physically able to reach the cache. Four stage multi located in a family friendly park. Stage one is magnetic, with a slip of paper with the coordinates for stage two. Stage two. A different type "container". The coordinates for the next stage are inside. Stage three. This one is another magnetic key holder. In this container will be further instructions. Follow these instructions to find the final cache location hidden in a traditional manner. The log book is located in this container. The cache is restocked and hidden in a traditional way. I hope to have a small ammo can secured so it will not walk or float away like two or three other containers have. AS you approach the final location, what appears to be the easy way; ISN'T. Go a bit to the right of what appears to be the easy way. If you are doing this after dark PLEASE BE CAREFUL!
