The Pennock Trail is located within the State Forest State Park. For more information and directions to the park go to www.parks.state.co.us/Parks/stateforest/.
The Pennock Trail is accessed off of County Road 41. One of three all season caches available.
The cache is an ammo box.
Best suited for: hiking, biking, and horseback in summer; skiing and snowshoe in the winter. The portion of trail with access to the cache is not groomed in the winter, so be prepared for slightly more difficult terrain in winter than summer.
