Another cache hidden in 18 Mile Creek Park, but this one is with a purpose! A local geocacher is about to hit the 1,000 mark, and we thought it would be neat to offer him a cache named after him. So here it is, let's Cut to the Chase!
You are looking for a 50 cal ammo can. The cache is in simple enough terrain, but you will definitely want to bring your boots as areas are quite muddy. There is no reason to go near the edge of the ravine...the cache is hidden along the top. Parents, please keep an eye on the young ones. Be sure to bring a camera as this park offers some "gorge-ous" scenery, and amazing wildlife. And of course, do not not look for this cache at night. I don't know of any posted hours, but you do not want to be caught here (or anywhere) in the dark!
