Geocache Description:

The coordinates given for this cache are only for the starting point. You must travel around the Keene State College campus finding clues that will give you the coordinates of the actual cache.

Step 1: Begin at the coordinates given, count the number of letters on the KSC motto inscribed on the columns of the arch. Subtract 10 for longitude minutes of the cache.

Step 2: Proceed west down Appian Way (the central axis of the campus) to the Mason Library. Go behind the library and find the graduation year of David Staples. This is the latitude minutes of the cache.

Step 3: a) Proceed back to Appian Way and move west to a memorial hill. Count how many letters are in the groundskeeper's name. This is the first digit of the longitude decimal minutes (example: 42'66.123--123 are your decimal minutes); b) First letter of groundskeeper's last name may be mistaken for a number. This is the second digit of the longitude decimal minutes; c)How many benches are located on the hill? This is the third digit of the longitude decimal minutes.

Step 4: Proceed west on Appian Way and find the Residential Life Building. Place the number "7" on the end of the building's address. This is all three digits of the latitude decimal minutes.

Now you are ready to navigate to the cache!! FTF, please take the major geographic tool you find in the cache as well as our congratulations!
