Lights Out is the only cache I have ever placed in the Carson valley area. Once you find one you will get it! I used to work not to far from this cache site.
Whats that smell? No it wasnt your caching buddy. For all you Carsonites if you look west when you find the cache you will see where everything goes when you flush. The treated effluent waters our parks and gardens and even a couple of golf courses. None of it used for drinking water though! I took a tour of the treatment facility as part of my environmental science class.
The cache is up on a hill! Very rocky terrain. You can approach if from the back side. Take Hells Belles road.
