Even More Power To Ya! Traditional Cache
WR7X: I had heard there was a fire at "Power City" but haven't had a chance to get over this way to check the cache. As feared I'm sure this plastic container has now contributed to the global warming we are all experiencing in the area. Maybe I'll find another spot in this area later in the Fall.

I just couldn't resist placing another cache out here. This is a nearly forgotten chunk of BLM property north of Hermiston, but a great place to enjoy the wildlife and walk the dog.
Park in the lot east of Highway 395 on the north side of Bensel Road. Follow the game trails out. Unfortunately some people think this is the county dump, so bring a garbage sack if you please.
Depending upon water levels in the boggy areas and your route of travel, you way get your feet wet.
You're seeking a camoed lock-n-lock style plastic container with a logbook, writing instrument and a few trades.
