Geocache Description:

On the southern shoulders of the Bükk mountain, you can find special-shaped rhyolite stone towers with engraved window-like holes. There are several theories about the origin of the 'blind windows'. The most probable version is that the holes were used for bee-keeping in the XI-XV. centuries.

From the hive-stones, you can enjoy the beautiful panorama towards the Bükk and Mátra mountains.
