With all the new development around the new Yuma Palms shopping area, it's become ripe for new and different caches. I hope this cache hunt will enlighten you as it did me.
The hunt starts at the corner of N32.42.772 and W114.36.408. There you will find a street light "pole" with an ID number on it. This and each stage there after, you will use the corresponding ID number to perform simple elementary calculations to get the next stage coordinates. At the final location you will find the cache, a small container with log book.
At the first stage: Take the first 3 ID numbers and subtract (-)281 from them to form Stage 2 (N32.42.xxx) Latitude. Take the last 3 ID numbers and subtract (-)110 from them to form Stage 2 (W114.36.xxx) Longitude.
Stage 2: Take first 3 numbers -174 for new Lat. Take last 3 numbers -835 for new Long.
Stage 3: Take first 3 numbers -413 for new Lat. Take last 3 numbers -911 for new Long. This is the final cache location.
