This area is very busy during normal business hours, but it is pretty quiet in the evenings and on weekends. Sundays, evenings and early mornings would be the most muggle free times.

The original contents of the cache include the logbook, pen, pencil, a happy guy, a happy ball, a Seahawks dog tag and a pedometer for the FTF.
