Cache on Ross Island, Antarctica. Rating includes the challenge to come to McMurdo (no tourism)
The name comes from the many bones found in the vicinity. They are left overs from Skua birds that obviously dine at this place. The cache is easy to find in the summer time after the melting of the snow. Be prepared to to meet those who have brought the pork bones and others at this place, but don't disturb them. Please replace everything as you have found it, thanks.
Please be careful to reposition the log book correctly so that the next visitor can extract it easily (pages side first into bottle).
