Illinois Prairie Path: Annual Earth Day Trail Cleanup

IEven though Earth Day 2017 was April 22 this is the Annual Earth Day Trail Cleanup (for more info.) Now that I live just a few hundred feet from the IPP, I thought I should give back to the community. And what better way than to host a CITO! For this CITO we'll be cleaning up a section of the Prairie Path starting at the posted coordinates and working east and/or west.

Remember to dress for the work as well as the weather. Please bring gloves and any grabber devices if you have them. I will provide garbage bags for the collection of trash.

I will have water and maybe a snack or two.
