What?
This CITO Event will involve cutting back gorse from around the 18th century boundary known as “Donkey pound” and the curbed barrow near the summit.
Where?
We will meet at the listed coordinates, where free parking is available and then walk to the area where we will be working.
When?
Thursday 28th October 2021 – After meeting at 09:30AM, Countryside Ranger Jenny Heskett will give a Health and Safety Briefing, explain the work that we will be undertaking and issue tools. The event will finish at approximately 3:00PM.
How?
Please dress appropriately for a day of working outside - Although all hand tools required will be supplied, if you have them, please bring your own - No power tools. Also, please bring your own lunch, refreshments and work gloves if you have them.
If you wish to come to this event, please post a Will Attend log, as I need to let the Ranger know numbers so that she can bring enough tools! Also, if changes need to be made, I will make an announcement and you will receive notification of the changes
