Posted coordinates are not where the cache is. If you've been ignoring puzzles you wouldn't know that this is a standard boilerplate statement. The posted coordinates would work well for parking near the trailhead.
I've been accused of placing too many evil unsolveable puzzle caches. Try this one. The coordinates are in the picture. Then go look for a regular sized Moops container (a LARGE plastic jar). This is a public park. Be sure to park just south of the entrance, as the parking to the north is posted as a towaway zone.
