Geocache Description:

A new cache on top of Wildcat Rock in Swansea'a Village Park. As usual, there are two parking locations, one behind the town hall/library and one behind the Junior High (please do not park there during school hours).

This is the third cache at this rock. The first was a puzzle cache that was archived long ago. The second was one of ours that was active for about 3 1/2 years before we archived it because it kept getting wet and the hiding place had become overrun with ants.

This is a fairly long hike in over rather uneven terrain. You do have to climb a bit of the rock at the end so the terrain is rated as a 3.5. You do NOT have to climb the sheer face of the rock and there are much easier ways to the top!

You're looking for a small decon container. Please rehide as you found it and make sure the lid snaps shut. These containers are 100% waterproof ONLY if closed properly, so please do so!

Not recommended at night! PLEASE watch small children on the rock!
