Named for the family of deer that were nearby as I scoped out the site for this cache.
You are looking for a standard ammo can hidden fairly well. Please take your time and re-hide it well. Muggles can't take what they don't see. Stealth may be required if the hiking trails are busy. I had a bit of trouble getting coordinates due to the canopy. Please let me know if they need to be updated. Happy Hunting.
Bring the family and a picnic lunch to enjoy at this park in Fayette County. The park is located on a reservoir and features boating, fishing, several paved hiking trails, an exercise course, playground, picnic shelters with BBQ grills, bathrooms, drinking fountains and of course several other Geocaches! There is a $10 parking fee for out of county cars, a self serve kiosk is on the right just inside the gate. The park is open from dawn to dusk.
