Geocache Description:

Near the top of the old concrete steps, you will see a very obvious spot to place a cache. It isn't there, but near. You can get to this cache on the River Scene Trail, from the top or bottom, without any real bushwhacking. It is a short diversion on the way to Blue Ribbon cache.

I didn't make it very plain where I hid it, don't look where you might. You can reach it from the steps.
