This urban camo cache is in plain sight!
USE STEALTH! There can be heavy foot and vehicle traffic within sight of this cache. However, traffic within 20 feet or so should be minimal so you should still be able to make the find without being noticed if you're careful.
Note the terrain level. You do not need to climb on anything, so stay out of the raised planter. This is already a highly visible location. No need to draw extra attention to yourself or the cache!
