Geocache Description:

WorldServer Lani's first GEO Event: "Cache Love ~ A Social Event"

Come Meet & Greet Geocachers of all ages for lunch and general B.S.

GeoEvent will be held at Red Granite Pub & Grill any time from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 - or as long as we're still sharing stories.  Red Granite has a healthy soup / salad bar for $6.95 and there's plenty more on the menu.  Owners Tim and John said they'll have chicken noodle soup on Tuesday. Root beer, sodas, beer, wine and full bar are available.  There is free wifi at Red Granite; feel free to bring your laptop to Log any Finds of the day and/or Log/Discover TBs/Coins or anything else online.

Since Lani started Geocaching two years ago this month, Mark says she has obsessively collected way too many strange items to make into Geocache containers when we go to antique stores, rummage sales, even things found on the road! Lani thinks they are creative, odd, and would be so cool to hide. In reality, we both have found it quite time-consuming to maintain the caches we have already hidden, so I had to "put on the brakes". Besides, Mark will be so relieved to have more space in the basement and garage, lol! Feel free to bring any of YOUR spare or never placed Cache Container and/or clean toys/SWAG to swap/donate. Lani has been instructed not to bring home any more GeoSWAG, so this GeoEvent is for YOU. Yeah right!

There will be a table or bin full of these seed caches - for the taking and trading. Lani's birthday was July 9, so PLEASE grab a cache (or more!) as "party favors".  Please promise to hide the cache(s) you take in the next couple months.  Perhaps one day soon we will find a cache created and hidden using a container YOU picked up at this GeoEvent!

There will also be an area for Travel Bug / Geocoin discovery and exchange. Be sure to sign the Log Book!

Though Geocaching can be a lonely sport, we really enjoy meeting other like-minded Geocachers and hearing all your stories. We hope to create more GeoEvents in the future. Thanks for attending.

Let's keep our outdoor hobby going!
