The BBQ will be fired up at about 18:00pm. Please bring your own food to grill, but bring something to share (IE: sodas, side dishes, desserts etc), please just post what you plan to bring and let’s try not to duplicate too much of the same foods and something to sit on. A few additional BBQ's would be appreciated. We'll try and provide enough cutlery and plates for everyone but having your own would be appreciated.
This is a chance to share your latest achievements, tell tall tales of the one (or many) that couldn't be found and maybe plan a geo-mission or two.
Locals and non-locals, newcomers and veterans are all welcome to attend.
A group picture will be taken at 1900.
Optional no need to take part, At this event we will introduce the CaleyCacheFest SWAG box. Kids and adults love swag! Bring along a SWAG item that starts with the same first letter as your geocaching name to get a treat. (If your name starts with a number then use the first letter of the written word eg. 1 = one = "o" 3 = three = "t"). Or how about a real interesting SWAG item that you have found on your travels/searches etc.
Please all note the following, so everyone enjoys themselves.
There is parking adjacent to the barbecue area but the gate will be locked by 21:45 and so vehicles should be removed before this time.
Evening barbecues should be aware that toilet facilities close at 20:00.
The consumption of alcohol is restricted to within the designated BBQ area.
We would appreciate that everyone bins there litter (litter bags will be provided) and help tidy up at the end of the event.
