The cache is rated a level 3 because of the terrain. In fact,
if the terrain is wet, the easiest and safest way to reach the cache would
be to use repelling gear. In any other conditions the cache can be reached
by a short hike above cave and then descend back down to the cache. This is
a heavily traveled area, so please reply to the websight if their is any
problems with the cache. Caution: This is a wildlife refuge, do not mess
with the animals. Every other year or so, some idiot gets seriously injured
or dies because he thinks it is cute to mess with the buffalo.
