Update May 16, 2010: I decided to stop by this morning and check the coordinates yet again. This time I got the same thing I had originally and NOT what is posted above. It's only a matter of 60 feet, but it does present issues. I'm not going to redo all the math yet again, so you may want to add TEN to the Longitude and FOUR to the Latitude once you've figured out the puzzle.
