This location jumped out at me while retrieving a cache down the street. I am always on the lookout for "dead ends" and streets without houses. Easy parking. This may be wheelchair accessible.
I imagine that "commuter" hours will be the most difficult. Bring a clipboad and leave the kids in the car and you could look official. Don't forget an extraction tool that you will have to use twice. Please just date with the month and day and use initials only. No stickers, please. (I would be pretty lame if I couldn't figure out what year you visited.) Keep it fun.
THIS CACHE HAS BEEN REDONE WITHIN A FOOT OF THE ORIGINAL. rEMEMBER YOUR TWEEZERS AND PLEASE REPLACE IT SO IT WILL STILL REQUIRE TWEEZERS TO EXTRACT. iT SHOULD PROBABLY BE RENAMED TO "slip out".
