This Cache is very well hidden, you will need to know how to use a map and compass. Pay attention to certain details in the trail as you progress, they will be of assistance before you complete this sojurn. Knowledge of resections and waypoint projections combined with the ability to measure UTM'S will be very handy to help you bag this one.
When you reach the saddle N 40 24.231 - W 105 17.917 go to CLUE #1, which is aproximately 156.6 deg. for a distance of 528 feet, keep the drainage on your left. The clue is under a cairn of white granite stones in a small tupperware container. There is a good vista to the south from this location.
When you are in the vicinty of the saddle you can start your compass course, on the "GRAY DIAMOND GHOST TRAIL" its legs are as follows:
1. 336.6° .10 mi.
2. 88.1° .02 mi.
3. 92.1° .06 mi.
4. 104.3° .03 mi.
5. 92.0° .11 mi.
6. 95.0° .05 mi.
7. 191.8° .02 mi.
Clue 2 will be at the end of the course.
You will need to find Clue 2 in order to find the real cache. Copy down the coordinates and go to the Cache.
When you get close to the Cache think of the name of the gang that Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid belonged too.
