This is a new series I'm working on. The creek close by flows North
instead of South. It flows North from a small lake to the Sabine
River just North of I-20. The creek passes under many roads and
railroads throughout 3 different counties (Smith,Rusk and Gregg).
The geology class teacher at the Kilgore College, ask a question
about what creek or stream in East Texas flowed North? She told him
and what creek it was. I had already told her and showed her as I
grew up fishing out of the creek in various spots of the creek. I'm
placing several different types of caches on or close to county
road and highway crossings. Some may appear to take you to a
familiar settings but lead you to a different place. So have fun
and enjoy this new series.
