Funky Little Beach Trail Traditional Geocache

A small, traditional cache in the obvious spot. A short walk or a slightly longer one - you choose.
Being new to the Cape, I was hoping to scout a nearby area for a cache placement - and found that area completely private and closed to poor folk. So, I drove down another road and ended up here.
There are many ways to approach this, but to get the "funky trail" effect you should enter at 41 38.141 070 13.713. During the off season, you can park pretty much at the trail head. This odd little path afforded me a peek at several rabbits, an unknown raptor (it may have been a falcon), and some deer footie prints.
The hiding spot is obvious, but for now I think it is well-hidden. I may need to increase coverage come the busy months. Please replace as found.
Summer info: It will be impossible to park at the trail head between 8 and 5 during the summer months, and you will need to park in the beach lot. This is a Yarmouth Town Beach, and as such requires a parking sticker and all that. However, you can access the parking area after 5 pm free of charge, or park near the trail head. There's no gate at the trail, and I would think this would make a great dawn or dusk walk.
ALSO - in early summer sometimes Plovers nest in the area and the area will be closed off. Since it's hard to tell when that starts and when that ends or if it even happens, you will have to take your chances. If the area around the cache is inaccessible due to nesting, please try again another time. Thanks!
