2nd Scout Law Traditional Geocache

The Scout Law contains the rules which applies to Scouts all over the world who has promised to obey it when they enroll themselves as a Scout. 

The Second Scout Law is "A Scout is loyal to the Yang Dipertuan Agong, the Rulers, and to his scouters, his parents, his employers and to those under him." This means that a Scout must stick to them through thick and thin against anyone who is their enemy or who talks badly of them.

This cache brings you to the new Istana Negara (National Palace) located at Jalan Duta. It is the official residence of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, the Head of State of Malaysia. The new palace is opened in 2011 and replaced the old Istana Negara. The palace complex is not open to public, however, visitors are allowed at the entrance to the complex.

The cache is a tiny bottle which contains only a logbook (no space for TBs or GCs). Remember to BYOP to sign the logbook.
