Sometimes items fall into a geocacher's posession that, well, could be repurposed into a container that others could enjoy. This is one of those examples. It just needed a few weather-proofing steps to withstand the elements.
Note that if you are seeking this cache in the summer months, it is advisable to approach this cache from the South. The Western approach appears to have substantial amounts of poison ivy.
