From Quincy head west on highway 28.
Turn Left (south) on 'U' road.
Turn Right (west) on '9' road.
Continue to the end of the road and park at the trailhead. Coordinates for the trailhead are:

Stay on major trails untill reaching the natural Amphitheater above the lakes. All travel is class 4 so don't go looking over the edge of the cliff or above the Amphitheater.
