Y'er gonna need a boat! JustDuckie and I are playing with our new kayaks, so that means we get to look for new places to hide caches!
We started out at Broome County's Dorchester Park, which is across the lake from the GZ. There is free parking, and in summer a rental shack for a variety of boating options, snacks, and restrooms. If you're bringing your own boat though, the parking we've highlighted is much closer to the GZ. Broome County sponsors a Crappie Ice Fishing Derby in the winter, IF the lake is sufficiently frozen. If you attempt to cross on a frozen ice surface, beware of the consequences!!
